Aon Is Looking For an Account Executive As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our General Industries business group within Aon Risk Solutions in Chicago,IL.   Your Impact as an Account Executive  Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain knowledge of client’s operations and risk exposureDrives growth (penetration, new business, fee increase) at both existing as well as new clients Review and revise insurance program in conjunction with the client to ensure complete and appropriate coverageProvides expertise in servicing to assigned clients  Identifies client needs and develops custom solutionsWorks effectively with client decision makers Builds great relationships with economic buyer and with executives at relationships at multiple levels of the client organizationEstablishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internallyDemonstrates technical competency and creates innovative solutions Achieves annual New Business Sales GoalsCommunicates and captures the value that Aon bringsYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:5  years experience in the commercial insurance industry in servicing capacity or related business experience. Experience with multi-state operations desired. P/C Insurance license required. Well developed communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and technical proficiency is critical.
