Key Responsibilities

Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.

Applies product and industry knowledge to confidently provide a high level of service and expertise with every customer.

Applies understanding of building design to sales interactions, ensuring customer orders are correct to specification.

Applies basic measurement techniques and knowledge of built-in appliances.

Ensures store is clean and well merchandised.

Supervises 10-25 employees consisting of sales and sales support staff.

Provides daily guidance to employees.

Directs daily work of all store staff.

Facilitates employee training.

Basic Qualifications

1 year of experience as a leader in business, military, or related fields

1 year of retail or other sales-related experience

1 year of experience in managing a budget

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree or above in business, sales management, or related field

1 year of supervisory or management experience

1 year of appliance or premium luxury product sales experience
