Job Summary
Responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting consumer data around Comcast products, services, and overall brand sentiment. Reviews and produces cohesive insights based on customer metrics that answer stakeholder questions and drive the needs of the business. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Collaborates/makes recommendations on processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. The Consumer Research Ops Senior Analyst will be responsible for interacting directly with our stakeholders and leaders and is a very 'customer' centric role which requires autonomy and strong communication skills.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of our internal customer community.
Promotes and advocates the Xfinity Insights Community as an enterprise-wide resource to run agile customer research.
Collaborates with the VP and Director along with cross-functional leaders in creation and implementation of consumer research programs and initiatives.
Manages the execution of research projects and provides final reports with actionable insights that inform the business.
Interprets market research data, analyzes market and product trends, customer insights and strategy and makes recommendations to business based on findings.
Identifies and stays current on new trends and seeks new ways to utilize research to support Company initiatives.
Works with divisions and sales channels to design custom research programs.
Oversees vendor management and works to ensure that consistent quality control and project objectives are met.
Partners with panel vendor to ensure the health of the panel leveraging tools such as recruitment campaigns, panel refresh, and engagement opportunities.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to present to Senior Leadership
Background in Sales and/ or Marketing major plus
Tableau, SQL and other technologies a plus
Ability to run a project from start to finish
Strong analytical skills
Ability to tell a story leveraging visualization and data
Comfortable leveraging technology for analysis
Powerpoint skills a plus
