Sr Analyst Customer Sales

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with the Tyson Costco Sales Team to compile sales data, monitor, track and identify opportunities for improving forecast accuracy, replenishment, and promotional activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Navigate various Tyson Systems to assess forecast and actuals results

Collaborate with Sales Teams, Customer Service and Customer to improve forecast accuracy and replenishment

Prepare reports and participate in the resolution of exceptions and exception reporting

Adjust sales forecast based on store realignments, distribution changes and modular updates.

Monitor daily orders vs. forecast.

Prepare IRI Data reports

Solving opportunities related to inventory fill rates

Monitor in-stocks, DC turns and service levels as appropriated.

Ad hoc requests as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.

Experience: 3 plus years forecasting and or demand planning preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; above average Microsoft Excel and Access Skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: Time management multi-tasking problem solving and being a team player is a must. Rotational weekend work.

Supervisory: NA

Travel: Local travel as needed locally – 2-3 Trips a year

Location – Springdale (Corporate)
