Description

If so, the Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market while also helping to coordinate on a national level. You will maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners). In this role, you will also develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director, career markets, tele-sales executives and account executives, including all sales support. Responsibilities

The BRM is responsible for hosting & coordinating (in cooperation with the local Career market team) all training opportunities for External Agents in the market, along with virtual/remote webinars etc. You will also work closely with other BRM's to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership

Active Health & Life Insurance licenses in NV

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  

Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers.

High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently

Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry

Great with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences 

This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits 

Must reside in the local territory or be willing to relocate - this position covers the Las Vegas area, as well as, the state of Nevada

Additional Information

After offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date

Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
