The Business Intelligence Lead will provide senior leaders with data-driven insights regarding retail product digital distribution. In this role, you will be a part of the MarketPoint Sales team and, through partnership with the MarketPoint Sales Data and Analytics team, will be responsible for identifying opportunities for datasets, tools, and analyses that allow you to transform data into knowledge for the sales organization as well as using that data to highlight opportunities to drive sales through the digital channel.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Lead will support retail leaders by providing data-driven insights. Candidates should be able to explore, analyze, and derive insights from complex datasets. In this role, you will exercise independent judgement and will advise leadership based on accurate understanding and interpretation of trends observed in data and forecasts.

Works with senior sales leadership to understand business strategy and data analysis needs

Analyzes data to derive insights

Partners with data analytics and technology teams to identify data and technology related needs

Leads cross-functional initiatives

Serves as a subject matter expert in sales performance data

Provides mentoring to teammates in order to promote best practices and grow the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing, digital marketing, or digital sales experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of digital sales or marketing experience

2 years of project leadership experience

Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance ecosystem

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence key partners

Creative thinker with a strong customer focus who is comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategies in an Agile environment

Strong project management skills with ability to execute on multiple work streams simultaneously

Detailed oriented results driver with an exceptional sense of accountability and ownership

An out of the box thinker who leverages external perspectives to inform decisions

Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Degree in Business

Experience with tools such as Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations

Experience analyzing data various healthcare sectors
