Aon is looking for a Business Development Professional in Miami, FLAon’s Cyber Solutions is looking for Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be teamed with a senior Sales Originator to help support new sales pursuits and manage all phases of the sales lifecycle to drive company top-line growth. You will also be client-facing, requiring you to understand clients’ objectives and needs and ensure successful client relationships are built and maintained. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
