SUMMARY:
This Senior Sales Analyst position will be responsible for supporting all eCommerce Pure Play accounts such as Amazon and Fresh Direct. This position will help drive and establish KPI's across eCommerce retailers with a Focus on Amazon Fresh. This role will be a highly developmental, highly involved, and integral part to the broader eCommerce team. This role will require a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that can easily discover customer and internal team need-states and execute prospective solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Capture and Deliver E-commerce KPI's and analyze trends over the course of the year. Create and maintain dashboards for our key KPI metrics on a bi-weekly basis. Develop relationship with Amazon Fresh in-stock team and manage weekly forecasting meeting. Monitor and adjust Trade plans on a monthly basis. Research and provide competitive insight on new E-commerce trends to the team on a quarterly basis. Provide support to Customer Development Manager on deductions. Develop, manage, and maintain daily/weekly/quarterly business reporting. Continuously improve skills by participating in classes and seminars as deemed necessary in associates' developmental plan. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, sales skills, presentation skills, and time management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors required; MBA preferred.
Experience: 3 years of total CPG industry experience (ecommerce and traditional). eCommerce experience preferred. Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Syndicated data experience preferred.
Special Skills: Strong analytical background required. MUST be a self-starter, and intellectually curious.
Travel: 10%
