Description
The Sales Support Professional - Large Group provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers. The Sales Support Professional - Large Group work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
Responsibilities
The Sales Support Professional - Large Group focuses on curating and executing on opportunities to engage the clients in our pipeline.
Develop, prioritize and maintain a comprehensive database of client engagement activities including, a summary of each activity; the strategy that the activity relates to Expected ROI (financial or otherwise including follow-up opportunities); Budget, timing and internal resources needed.; Primary team contact for the event
Tracking of primary people for our internal, agency and community relationships. The intent is to know who should attend the event to enable focused invitation / participation in client engagement activities.
Evaluate New Opportunities
Event Planning and Preparation and Content Creation and Maintenance.
Event follow-up / Help to ensure we get the full benefit of each activity, (e. g., pictures of events, LinkedIn posts and Twitter feeds, press releases).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 or more year of experience in reports, contracts, statistics, accounts or related fields
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Experience with marketing campaigns and/or social media communications
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
A self-starter with good problem solving skills and organizational skills
Able to prioritize multiple projects throughout the day
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of basic Project Management skills
