Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Assistant Vice President/Account Executive (Health & Benefits) As part of an industry-leading team, you will help our clients empower results and make better data driven decisions that will positively impact their people and their business. You will be an integral contributor in delivering innovative and effective solutions that improve people’s experience and reduce organizational risk.This role will support Aon's Health Solutions Northern California offices. Locations in this region include San Francisco, Irvine and Walnut Creek, CA. Ideal candidate will be based out of one of our Northern California offices; however candidates located in our Western region may be considered.Those applicants will be required to travel regularly into the Northern California office for client and internal meetings.Your Impact as an AVP/Account Executive: Aon’s mission is to empower economic and human possibility and you will play an integral role in achieving that mission. You will be a key contributor and leader for clients with 500-5000 employees and some clients with 5,000 employees. You will lead teams and manage the U.S. health and benefits work for your clients as well as collaborate with other Aon lines of business to deliver maximum impact. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is an estimate, based on a primary work location of the state of Colorado. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
