What you'll be doing:
Oversee the leasing process from inquiry to application process, ensuring all prospective tenants have an excellent customer experience.
Understand the value of the portfolio’s features as they relate to the prospective resident's needs, cross-selling when needed.
Creative approach to marketing the property to increase traffic including online posts, social media strategies, and outreach marketing.
Use problem solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise.
Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors in the industry to give potential residents all the information they need to make their decision, including increasing market survey tools usage and effectiveness.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail while being responsible for overseeing applications, applicant screening results, and completing all applicant paperwork.
Follow up with unresponsive prospects by engaging in calls, texts, and emails.
Create and own bulk messaging campaigns as needed.
Develop virtual leasing capability.
Assist with creating templates on CRM software.
Generation and management of welcome home letters, leases, tour surveys, and move in surveys.
Report on weekly and monthly trends within the portfolio and market.
Performing portfolio market pricing audits.
Onboard new properties on an as needed basis.
Explore tools and technologies to level up current operations.
Train field teammates on an as needed basis.
Increase market survey tools usage and effectiveness.
Answering overflow calls on a daily basis.
Work diligently to fulfill monthly and quarterly KPIs for the portfolio.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, Holidays and weekends.
What you must have:
Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing

Undergraduate college degree
Multifamily real estate experience
