Description
CenterWell Senior Primary Care is the new brand for a primary care medical group practice with centers open or opening in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. CenterWell Senior Primary Care has a strong emphasis on senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality primary care combined with an excellent patient experience. CenterWell Senior Primary Care has experience in both the treatment and management of most chronic and acute-care conditions. The practices also provide health education and value-added, well-being services at the centers and around their neighborhoods to help both patients and community members improve their health.
CenterWell is on a trajectory to double its footprint and the number of patients it serves over the next two years by expanding to new markets and growing patient panels in existing clinics. The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for generating growth and revenue for our business by developing and leading sales teams that introduce the community to the CenterWell brand and procure new patients for our clinics.
Responsibilities
The Community Engagement Manager will have market oversight over the consumer sales channel, which is responsible for generating new patient enrollments through engagement with the community and individual seniors. Sales teams engage with prospective patients by leveraging strong, lasting relationships with community partners, hosting community events that introduce our brand and special model of care, and supporting health and well-being activities in our primary care centers and virtually.
The Manager's responsibilities include:
Motivating, developing and supporting consumer sales team within the market
Hiring and training representatives to support the Partners in Primary Care brand and create a best-in-class consumer sales team
Development and oversight of patient enrollment targets and performance management
against targets at individual, clinic and market level
Developing tools and capabilities that can be deployed to support the community engagement team, including promotional programs, new categories of community partners and innovative lead development techniques
Procuring and managing partners that provide access to local community
organizations (e.g. retailers, service organizations, food banks, etc.)
Optimization of CRM tool (Salesforce) for lead development, tracking, analytics and
compensation purposes
Strong collaboration with marketing, B2B sales, market operations, and analytics teams to develop growth strategies and drive overall market performance
Ideal Location for role: Must be willing to work among the clinics and community in the Greater Atlanta Area.
Required Qualifications:
Team Management experience; experience with leading teams
3 years' experience in sales leadership
Managed Health Care experience focusing on our Medicare population
Strong relationship/partnership building skills
Healthcare Sales and Marketing background
Sourcing Team experience
Strong performance orientation around sales goals and metrics
Process development expertise
Proven ability to understand specific consumers and communities in order to drive sales
strategies for them
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
Ability to travel 20-30%
Must have the ability to travel regularly within the Greater Atlanta region to all CenterWell clinics in the market.
Preferred Qualifications:
Management of Salesforce System
Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales or ad agency experience
Prior health insurance industry experience
Experience and proven ability to motivate a team that produces stellar results
