Interpersonal skills are important if you want to make a sale to any customer and if you want to attract someone to your business. If people don't like you they are not going to purchase from you and they wouldn't want to work with you either. Some people are naturally personable and easy to get along with. They make a lot of money at sales because they do a great job and they have found their niche. If you do not like people you shouldn't work in sales. Only people who are outgoing should consider positions like these.

What I liked about the service is that it had such a comprehensive collection of jobs! I was using a number of sites previously and this took up so much time, but in joining EmploymentCrossing, I was able to stop going from site to site and was able to find everything I needed on EmploymentCrossing.
